Whether you’re sitting comfortably at home or in a private space, feeling safe helps you open up. To support this, it’s important to choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted. Creating this intentional space allows us to focus fully on exploring and reflecting together.

Tech hiccups happen!
Should the call drop or audio glitch, we’ll pause and then continue right where we were.

In-person sessions
