How I work: A journey we take together

I see therapy as a journey we take together. Research shows that one of the strongest predictors of success in psychotherapy regardless of the therapeutic approach is having a positive and secure relationship with your therapist. I work hard to build trust and connection with my clients, bringing curiosity, openness, and authenticity to our work. I believe it’s important to explore both our inner experiences and the external environments that shape who we are.

Mapping the landscape:
We pause to look at the map of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, helping you understand where you are and where you want to go.

Finding crossroads:
Together, we notice the moments between what happens (stimulus) and how you react (response). These are crossroads where you can choose a new direction.

Clearing old paths, creating new trails:
We identify old routes that no longer serve you and explore new paths that foster habits and patterns aligned with who you are today.

Building self-trust for the road ahead:
My aim is to help you trust your own sense of direction, so you feel confident making choices on your journey.
