Getting started with therapy

What an introduction call feels like:
The intro call is your chance to see if talking with me feels comfortable. I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions you have. It’s really about seeing if we’re a good fit and if this feels like the right place for you.

What happens before our first session:
Before we start, you’ll fill out an intake form with some basic information and emergency contacts. We’ll also review an informed consent contract together so you understand how I keep things safe, confidential, and respectful.

How the first therapy session feels:
The first session is like painting a picture of your life. It might feel a little messy or all over the place, and that’s totally okay. This is where we start building trust and getting comfortable with each other. There’s no pressure, just a space to begin sharing your story, your goals, and what you would like to explore.

What is the length of your sessions, and what is your fee structure?
Each session lasts for one hour.
Fee per session: ₹2000 per session.

How do I handle payment and booking?
It’s simple and straightforward: sessions need to be booked and paid for at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unsure about how to pay or need a hand with booking, just let me know. I’m here to make things as easy as possible for you.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling and no-show policy?
We get it, life can be unpredictable!
Just give us a heads-up 24 hours before if you need to cancel or reschedule, and you’ll get a full refund.
Same-day changes get a 50% refund.
If you don’t show up, the full fee applies.
The same policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduling.
